Brent Bowers
An army officer with over 8 years of service before founding the company, he’s breaking barriers as a ever-present family man and ZBH’s Founder. Besides work, he spends most of his time with his wife and kids, going on trips with his trusty camper, and his fail-safe trust on his whole team.
Ayen Roman
A certified Millenial “Manilenya”, Ayen is a literature, arts & music lover. Her namesake comes from Acts 2:10 and her nick is what her friends are fond of calling her. Don’t let the pretty face fool you though - she’s a Marketing Director with an avid knack for video games and all the smart stuff.
Jen Way
A Ohioan graduate of UMiami, Jen started working for ZBH 5 years ago after moving to CO just a year prior. Being the CEO + Company Humor Specialist + Animal Super Lover all at the same time, she’s a master of all trades, breaker of walls and leaper of hurdles.
Orlando Asem
Born in Ghana and moved to the US at age 13, Orlando has a knack for fashion and creativity. Pulled into Real Estate as a calling, our Land Sales Specialist is continuously growing his passion for Sales, whilst designing clothes and spewing creativity for the team and beyond.
Chrissy Hill
Hailed from Chicago & established most of her life in Arizona before moving to Colorado 2 years ago, Chrissy quoted working for ZBH as the “best decision of her life”. Besides dispositions/management, she bikes, hikes, and soaks CO sunshine that flows naturally to the whole team and her clients.
